Yixing Liusen Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded by professional mold design engineers, formerly known as Shanghai Hetai Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd., in August 2010. Since 2013, China has pioneered the PVC non blocking flow rod foam board mold, which has revolutionized the PVC foam board mold industry and has "epoch-making significance" in the PVC foam board products industry, ushering in a new period of rapid development for the PVC foam board products industry. In the same year, the company registered the trademark "Liusen Mold" and changed its name to "Shanghai Liusen Mold Technology Co., Ltd." Due to the expansion of the company's development scale, it moved to Kunshan Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province in August 2016 and changed its name to "Kunshan Xinliusen Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

With the belief of "technology changes life, knowledge changes destiny", we have devoted ourselves to researching PVC molds, combined with years of experience in designing board and sheet extrusion molds. After multiple designs and experiments, we have successfully developed products such as PVC unobstructed flow bar skinning/free foam board molds (PVC co extrusion distributor), PVC unobstructed flow bar building template molds, PVC unobstructed flow bar hard/soft board molds, WPC unobstructed flow bar wood plastic flooring molds, SPC stone plastic flooring molds, PVC unobstructed flow bar transparent board/sheet molds, PVC unobstructed flow bar resin tile molds and co extrusion distributors, PVC dual channel true skinning molds, PP meltblown fabric molds, etc., filling multiple technical gaps in China.

Due to the continuous development and growth of the company, in 2019, an investment of 12 million yuan was made in Yixing, Wuxi to purchase 10 acres of land for the construction of the factory "Yixing Liusen Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd.", located in Building E20, Phase I of Changxing Road Mold Base Industrial Park, Xushe Town, Yixing City. After completion, the workshop covers more than 3300 square meters and the office covers more than 1200 square meters. Moved to Yixing in October 2020 and officially opened the new factory. After full production, the annual production capacity reached over 500 sets of molds.

The company currently has over 40 employees, including 3 professional designers and 4 sales personnel; After sales service personnel: 6 people, CNC machining centers: 8 units; Large surface grinding machine: 2 units; CNC lathe: 1 unit; 1 ordinary lathe, 2 radial drilling machines, and 2 deep hole drills. There are currently two series of molds, namely "PVC unobstructed flow rod foam board mold" and "PVC unobstructed flow rod hard board mold", which have created the "Liusen Mold" brand with the spirit of craftsmanship in the industry. In order to enter the international market and enter the high-end mold industry, the company purchased a 130 square meter office building (next to Zhaofeng Road Station on Shanghai Metro Line 11) in the Huaqiao International Business District of Kunshan and established the "Liusen Mold Sales Department"
